The Annual Global Conference sessions and events were presented by industry experts, and were categorized into 20 Educational Tracks. 

There were sessions in 20 different tracks that covered the latest, most important topics dealing with issues across all areas of the supply chain. Each track offered ideas and tools that coule be take back and implement.
Our track offers a series of sessions and speakers that address the dynamics of today’s economy.

The Value of Aligning the Supply Chain with Business Strategies
Supply chains operate best when closely aligned with enterprise business strategies. This track will address what is needed for supply chain professionals to better align their capabilities, organization, and actions with business strategies in order to create added value and facilitate profitable growth. Supply chain management has become part of the executive agenda. You can use this track’s enabling information to effectively help drive positive results and improvements.
Collaboration and Relationship Management: Keys to Successful Partnerships
By better understanding relationship creation and management between suppliers and customers, ideas and tools can be more easily created and become solutions that benefit all parties. This track is designed to create a forum for discussion and understanding of concepts and issues affecting a wide range of relationship types between suppliers and customers.  Attendees will hear successful applications and become familiar with a range of application perspectives from transactional to collaborative situations.   Take home some new ideas.  Effective relationships can be a key to success.
Current Research and Surveys: Tools to Help You Remain Competitive
The information in these annual updates on global research and trends will help you remain competitive in the rapidly-changing business environment that requires an in-depth understanding of the challenges and events affecting your supply chain.  Don’t miss these sessions. 
Risk Management: Anticipating New Developments, Trends and Uncertainties
This track covers all aspects of safeguarding the supply chain through proactive risk management. Knowing how to anticipate developments, trends and uncertainties that can emerge at any point in the supply chain can be a critical success factor. Session take-aways will include: how to identify and anticipate trends and developments, how to identify uncertainties versus certainties, how to manage your supply chain partners’ dependency and collaboration, how to implement sustainable processes to ensure viability and how to balance strengths and weaknesses. The importance of understanding competitive edge via controlled risks will also be presented.

The Business Value of Strategic Integration from Supplier to Customer
Supply chains have become more complex as business growth drives more tailored products into existing and emerging markets while higher customer service standards must be met. At the same time supply chains must meet financial objectives for total delivered cost, cash flow and fixed capital productivity. Warehousing Innovations
These “can’t miss” sessions will be held only on the final day of conference. Choose from four topics that have been specifically created with current information you won’t want to go home without.
 
Coca-Cola and representatives from other companies will share their successes and extensive involvement with CSCMP’s Supply Chain Management Process Standards. Coca-Cola is currently piloting their new audit tool based on the Standards prior to rolling it across all facilities. Learn why Coca-Cola selected the Standards as their basis and see examples of the tool they created and the improvements they are driving. The Standards are being updated with the help of Coca-Cola and other companies who will also share their work with session attendees. Leave these sessions with actual results, that when combined with the basic training on how to conduct your own audits, will become valuable tools you can use within your own organization.
A key to achieving success is understanding the elements and process of leadership. A first step in that learning journey is to understand and reach your leadership potential. This track will focus on leadership from an executive perspective and present ideas and tools the Millennium generation can use to achieve high performance.
CSCMP members from around the globe will share the newest innovations in warehousing including current cost saving construction techniques, handling and storage innovations, and new technologies. Hear real world examples of "green" operations and examine the costs and strategies of running ecologically friendly and transportation efficient facilities. One good idea put into practice could yield significant dollar dividends.
